What is the minimum/maximum number of people we can book?

To host your Graduation Party at Kora Cottages, we require a minimum booking of 15 units (72 guests), with a maximum capacity of 84 guests. Smaller groups are welcome, but please note that the per-person price increases as we need to hire security, make special arrangements, and reserve the entire site exclusively for your celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the pricing per person? and what’s the deposit cost?

At Kora Cottages, we offer fantastic amenities, including cabins with private bathrooms and kitchenettes! Our rates typically start at $90 per person per night. We also ask each guest to provide a refundable $90 deposit, which helps ensure that everyone takes care of the property and follows the rules. Each cabin (4 to 6) is responsible for their cabin and yard, and any necessary deductions will be taken from the total deposit of the cabin before refunds are issued.

How far is Wasaga Beach from the GTA?

Typically, by car, the journey takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and the specific route taken. We highly highly recommend carpooling per cabin as this makes check-in and arrival procedures easier for staff and you guys as guests!

What do I have to bring?

Please bring your pillow, a lite blanket, towels, and personal hygiene products. If you intend to make your meals, please bring your pots, pans, bowls, plates and utensils. We also have 2 natural gas BBQs to use, just remember to bring utensils and clean up after yourselves.

Do I get my deposit back?

How early can I book my spot?

Feel free to secure your booking at your earliest convenience! In fact, numerous schools choose to book as early as 7 months in advance to ensure they secure their preferred spot. We highly recommend booking ahead to ensure you don't miss out on your desired dates and to make your experience as seamless as possible. Early bookings not only guarantee your reservation but also contribute to a smoother planning process
