Rules and Regulations
As guest(s) of Kora Cottages, you are singing to agree to the following for your enjoyment and safety during your stay:
1. Please bring your: pillow, a light blanket, towels, and personal hygiene products. If you intend to make your meals, please bring your pots, pans, bowls, plates, and utensils.
2. A $300+ security deposit (credit or cash only) is required at check-in. This covers potential damages, ensures compliance with bylaws and house rules (including noise regulations), and accounts for any applicable fees. Debit is not accepted for security deposits.
3. This is private property. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Everyone is required to sign and initial this acknowledgement form at check-in. Guests not cooperating with these rules will be asked to leave the property. Management and security also reserve the right to check the cottages anytime. Evicted guests will not receive any refund under any circumstances, including security deposit.
4. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors WILL result in eviction of the entire cabin. If special circumstances arise, please contact staff for approval, which is granted only at management’s discretion between 8 AM – 10 PM.
5. NO GLASS BOTTLES, CANS ONLY! We aim to provide a safe environment for kids to be kids!
Security deposits are refunded based on the overall condition of the cabin and property. All guests are collectively responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations to ensure a full refund. Management will deduct from the total deposit for any infractions.
6. Parking is for registered guests only (2 vehicles per Cabin only). Other cars will be towed at the owner’s expense. Parking pass replacement cost is $50 each.
7. A Housekeeping Fee will apply should the cottage not be left in the condition it was found in. A Yard Fee will also apply for any garbage left on the grounds, including smoke butts.
8. Pets are PERMITTED IN UNITS 5-23. Extra charges apply. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet. They can not be left unattended at any time, in the unit or outside.
9. No Smoking/Vaping inside the cottages. Do not touch or alter the smoke alarm system!
10. Most important rule: Have fun and enjoy your memorable and peaceful stay at Kora Cottages!
11. Second most important rule: you risk losing 100% of your damage and security deposit by not adhering to the municipal bylaw and our house rules.
